For your piece of mind we only place tenants with a clear ITC credit check. We then offer a FREE insurance covered by Hollard Insurance to protect you against Tenant defaults. All this for only 7% of the annual rent.
We can also manage your property. This includes collecting rent, paying levies and ensuring your tenants look after your property like it's their own. We will arrange any damages to be repaired immediately with our team of contractors.
Tenants rental payments are sent monthly to TPN to record their payment history thereby ensuring they are not late and do not miss payments. We manage your property for 9% of the monthly rent
